What I do
Technology is never neutral.
Three areas
Every job consists of many tasks. With AI, each task lands in one of three areas. That split, not the job title, will decide the next few years.
AI only
The machine works alone: research, first drafts, standard analyses. This area is growing and takes over exactly the tasks people used to start an office career with.
Human-AI Collaboration
People and machines work together, and the person is accountable for the result. This is where most of the training need lies: judging results and spotting errors that sound plausible.
Human only
The work stays human because it needs resonance: building trust, negotiating conflict, leading a team through change.
